Returns/Refunds
Our team at Casaro Creamery, handcraft cheeses and snacks with utmost care and dedication and it is always our endeavor that our products reach you in the most optimum condition.
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or returns. Since our products are perishable, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. However, if you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please do get in touch with us with photogenic evidence of your order within 4 hours of delivery.
Once we have the required information, our team will look into the issue & get back to you at the earliest. However, we cannot be responsible, initiate a refund or provide exchange for a damaged or compromised product due to the following:
Delayed deliveries due to weather or other “Acts of God”.
Incorrect addresses. (*Please be sure to include apartment or floor numbers, accurate pincode as needed.)
Delivered to specified address, yet package wasn’t received.
Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment. Please notify recipient of the arrival of perishables!
Package delivered but contents not refrigerated immediately allowing for unnecessary spoilage
Items that have been discarded or consumed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
